We are moving into the prime home move period, and vans are getting booked up early.

Stan has a few tips for home movers 
 

1. Get organised early.  Start packing and get a good idea of the size of van you will need
2. Get friends and relatives to help.  This is one time when many hands really do make light work.
3. Pack the kettle in the very last box – along with mugs and coffee, so you can make a brew when you arrive.
4. Ask your solicitor to ensure you have a week between exchange and completion, this will let you have a few days to organise things (like redirecting your mail, packing, cleaning, booking your hire van, getting time off work etc)
